Full credit card prepayment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking. Credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in.
Reservations are final and guaranteed upon booking. Prepayment will be forfeited for cancellations, shortened stays or rate adjustments.
Amendments made to stay dates are subject to a rate adjustment at the time of making the change(s).
Amendments to stay dates will be subject to a non-refundable re-booking fee equivalent to a 1-night charge plus applicable taxes. This amount may be used as credit for non-room-related charges, such as restaurant purchases, room service and telephone charges.
However, the credit is neither valid for payment of room charges nor available as a cash payout.
An additional person, staying in the same room, will incur a charge of PHP 2,000++ per night, inclusive of the same package benefits.
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and applicable government taxes, currently set at 12.75%.
