Rosy and Pink For Breast Cancer Awareness Month

This October, in honour of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, three renowned dining establishments at Goodwood Park Hotel invites guests to dine on beautifully-curated pink-themed dishes for a notable cause. A special edition Breast Cancer Foundation 20th Anniversary Pink Ribbon Pin worth $2 will be given to every guest who orders any of the special menus. The hotel will donate the value of the total number of pins given out.

Pink English Afternoon Tea at L’Espresso

Following the overwhelming response of the Pink English Afternoon Tea last year, L’Espresso brings back the delightful spread with exquisite new creations. The hotel’s talented chefs dishes out savoury treats such as finger sandwiches decked in the latest rose-pink shade, Pink Somen with Sakura Ebi and Sesame dressing, Mini Pink Burger with Seafood Cutlet and Mentaiko Ginger Mayo and Baked Salmon Wellington with Spinach and Ricotta Cous Cous served with Pink Peppercorn Sauce.

Sweets section boasts endearing bite-sized gems like Pink Berries Macarons, Pink Doughnuts, Rose Petals Delights and Mini Strawberry Tart. Especially for the occasion, the statuesque Chocolate Fountain will be a glistening pink shade. As a befitting accompaniment, Pink Flamingo Tea from TWG Tea will also be offered. ‘Shades of Pink’ Set Lunch at Gordon Grill

The hotel’s European fine-dining introduces, for the first time, an elegant three-course set lunch that will lend a rosy touch to the table and afternoon. Featuring Watermelon Gazpacho with Smoked Salmon, Crab, Compressed Cucumber and Berries Foam, U.S Beef Tenderloin with Brussels Sprouts, Pickled Beet Root and Pink Peppercorn Sauce, and Raspberry Cheese Dome with Vanilla Sauce, pair the delectable lunch with a choice of Goodwood blended coffee or a selection of fine teas.

Pretty-in-Pink Dim Sum Trio at Min Jiang

In tribute to the occasion, the dum sum chefs at Min Jiang handcrafted a trio of bite-sized gems - Deep-Fried Vermicelli and Mushrooms, Glutinous Rice with Shrimp and Peanuts shaped into a delight petite pumpkin, and Mochi with Strawberry Fresh Cream and Strawberry Bits.
