Gourmet Bar by Novotel kicks it up a notch by celebrating Goût de France from March 19 – 25, showcasing the vibrant, open and innovative cuisine of France. Indulge in an oasis of French goodness by the Gourmet Bar’s chefs, with a French set menu at Php 1,800 nett, to include:

• Blue Cheese Broccoli Cornet
• Heirloom Tomato, Eggplant and Goat Cheese Terrine (individual price at Php 350 nett)
• Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Bacon and Apple Sauce served with French Beans and Butternut Risotto (individual price at Php 900 nett)
• Livarot, Fourme dÁmbert and Comté with Walnut and Baguette  (individual price at Php 500 nett)
• Light Almond Pistachio with Lemon Vanilla Bavaroise layered with Berry Jelly (individual price at Php 350 nett)
