Make an impression and delight in dinner under the stars this Valentine’s day at Novotel Manila Araneta Center’s Versailles Garden, located at the 7th floor. A glass of wine is served to complement our Executive Chef’s five-course menu, to include:

• Smoked Duck Mousse on Cranberry Jelly and Basil Aioli
• Three Flavored Sea Bream Roulade on Saffron Dill Cauliflower Sauce
• Oyster Velouté with Bacon, Avocado and Tomato Crostini
• Beet Risotto with Asparagus, Mushroom Fricassee
• Your choice of either Beef Medallions or Salmon with Broccoli Polenta Cake on Pomegranate Jus
• Strawberry – Banana Mousse with Peanut Crunch and Caramelized Walnuts

Cap off the night by dancing to live entertainment, under the night sky and surrounded by urban lights. Ladies enjoy a special gift of pralines from our Executive Pastry Chef.
