Reservation Policies:

• *All times indicated in the policies are expressed in hotel's local time (GMT +08:00).
• Arrival Time: 02:00 PM - Departure Time: 11:00 AM
• Children Policy: This rate plan is not applicable to children.
• Prepayment: Only 7% prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. This is nonrefundable. The remaining balance shall be paid at the hotel.
• Modification: If you choose to modify, you will be charged the cost of the first night.
• Cancellation: If you choose to cancel, you will be charged the cost of the first night.
• No-show: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the first night of the reservation.
• Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued PHOTO ID of the card owner upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement. If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used, a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner along with an authorization letter stating that the credit card holder has allowed the guest to use his/her card for the reservation. The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.
  
  

Hotel Policies

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and amendments made within 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a one night charge equivalent to the the first night rate. Cut short stays from day of arrival onwards will be subject to the full cancellation charge for the duration of the stay.
• Child Policy: Up to 2 Children under 12 are free on accommodation when staying in the same room with their parents. Children of registered hotel guests under the age of 6 can enjoy complimentary breakfast when accompanied by a paying adult, up to a maximum of 2 children. In excess of 2 children under the age of 6 and for all children 6-12 years, a 50% discount of the buffet breakfast price will be given. For days with a la carte breakfast children 6-12 years shall be charged accordingly.
• Exclusivity Policy: The Beach Club is reserved for members and accompanied guests
• Hotel Policy: Cooking and bringing of food are not allowed
• NO SMOKING POLICY: In compliance with Executive Order No. 26 or the “No-Smoking Law,” cigarette smoking, including vape or e-cigarette is no longer permitted in any of the hotel’s guestrooms and other facilities, except in designated smoking areas. Evidence of violation of our smoke-free policy will result to Php 3,000 charge on your bill for the cleaning fee.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the premise
• SECURITY PROTOCOL: To ensure smooth entry at the main gate, hotel guests are requested to use the left lane where estate security will conduct guest verification and vehicle inspection. Please present valid government ID's to be allowed entry.
