Unlike the Superior Room, the Deluxe Room is located on the ground floor, but this doesn’t mean you get less. Their new Terrace Tree Villa architecture was inspired by the local Balinese temple forms and details from everyday life in Ubud. The volcanic stone tiles in each villa shine the meticulous local workmanship and give a sense of mystery. It also showcases the rich stone carving tradition prevalent in the surrounding villages
Alila Ubud is a 90-120 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange for a private car transfer, or hire a taxi from the airport if you do not plan to rent your own car.
Within Ubud itself, the hotel offers complimentary daily shuttle services to and from Ubud Centre. Be sure to check with one of the friendly receptionists at Alila Ubud for the daily shuttle schedule while planning for your day. You can also request for a taxi to be called to get anywhere around Bali. Alternatively, rental cars and motorbikes are a popular means of transportation around Bali.
