Your very own private sanctuary nestled in the midst of charming Bali

Just a 25-minute drive from Bali's international airport, Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites was our perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Offering a myriad of apartment choices, it was the ideal accommodation for our group!

In addition to the top-notch facilities, benefits and security of a typical resort, the apartments at the Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites were fully furnished with everything we needed, including a kitchen, dining area and living room. We didn't have to worry about compromising on personal space because the suites were roomy and could accommodate up to six people at a go.

We absolutely loved the resort's award winning Camp Splash! Fun Park – it’s perfect for the young and the young at heart like us! With its 30m long water slide, basketball court and smorgasbord of gaming equipment including a PS3, pool tables, ping pong, darts, chess and big screen movies, amongst others, we simply had a smashing good time!

We capped off our Bali getaway by pampering ourselves at the resort’s relaxing spa facility. But the most important part of our experience here was the gracious hospitality we received from the staff, from the moment we arrived until we had to say goodbye. It was heartbreaking to leave, and we can’t wait to be back with our families next time.

Child-friendly and roomy, all suites offer the best of both comfort and convenience

1 Bedroom Suite

Our 60 sqm 1 Bedroom Suite was perfect for hanging out and getting intimate in. The living room was spaciously designed, which was great for when we invited our friends over to play board games and watch movies. The kitchenette included gas cooking facilities which made whipping up meals at night a breeze! With a gorgeously decorated master bedroom and ritzy king sized bed, every night sleeping here was a true delight!

2 Bedroom Suite
(with or without balcony)

At 120 sqm, the 2 Bedroom Suite can be found on all floors of the hotel. We loved being able to soak in the gorgeous sights of the swimming pool and garden every morning from the comfort of our own rooms! In addition to the master bedroom, there is also a twin family bedroom and two private bathrooms perfect for those who wish to have more privacy to themselves. A sizeable upgrade from the 1 bedroom suite, we found it the perfect choice for travellers who are vacationing in groups of 4 or 5. Also, there's an option of choosing between a suite with or without a balcony.

3 Bedroom Suite

If you're travelling as a family, the 3 Bedroom Suite, which can easily accommodate 6-7 people, is perfect for you. Each suite has a private balcony, a spacious living room for children to play at, a dining area and a kitchenette with gas cooking facilities for all your gourmet needs! This 140 sqm family apartment has one master bedroom and two twin family bedrooms complete with two private bathrooms, promising all entrants a pleasant and enjoyable stay! As if things can't get any better, the resort also offers on-demand babysitting services so that you and your spouse can enjoy some time to yourselves on a night out in town.

3 Bedroom Suite with loft

At a comfortable 165 sqm, the tastefully sublime 3 Bedroom Suite really swept us off our feet. Festooned with baroque decor, a cavernous living room and a private loft upstairs, this room was the pinnacle of opulence. We enjoyed spending our quiet moments away from the crowds of Bali in our 2 master bedrooms – one upstairs and one downstairs – and we’re sure our friends had just as wonderful an experience in the twin family bedroom! There was also no need to haggle for the bathroom in the morning because there were 3 private bathrooms in our suite.

Your indulgent escapade in Bali starts here!

Enjoy a sumptuous meal and drink at the Terrace Restaurant and Pool Bar

Open 24/7, the Terrace Restaurant offers great alfresco dining options for all. Try their themed dinner buffets with your loved ones and have a yummy-licious good time!

If you intend to spend some time by the pool, be sure to drop by the Pool Bar. With a wide selection of food and drinks from refreshing cocktails and healthy juices to light snacks and meals, you'll simply be spoilt for choice! We especially loved the Bali Colada mocktail and martini. Come during Happy Hour and you'll even get to experience a music extravaganza amidst the tropical poolside setting

Pamper yourself at The Spa

The Spa at Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites offers traditional massage, beauty and healing treatments. Based on the ancient beauty, healing and rejuvenation secrets of various Asian cultures, these exotic facial, body and massage treatments were a sure treat for our tired selves after a full day's worth of shopping and exploring the city!

We were especially impressed by the care and grace showered upon us by staff members as well as the attention paid to detail during our spa session. Indeed, with its relaxing atmosphere and exquisite beauty products, we were able to enjoy a total sensory experience at The Spa!

Supporting the local community

Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel & Suites cares deeply about the local community. By giving generously both financially and with volunteer hours, they strive to have a palpable impact on the standard of living in communities where they operate their businesses.

They've even started a charity "Bridge of Friendship" to help Balinese children and the disabled reach their full potential and gain access to better education. A charitable donation of 10,000 rupiah per night is added automatically to each guest's nightly charge, with 100% of the proceeds going to a nominated charity of their choice. If you're looking to have a wonderful stay and do good at the same time, look no further than Sanur Paradise!

Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites is just a mere 25-minutes drive from Bali International Airport via toll. Guests can either take a cab or arrange for an Uber. With immediate access to the main highway, the hotel is a short 6 minutes' walk from the local supermarket and a 21 minutes' walk from the beach club. You'll only take a half hour to get to some of the many cultural and natural attractions of Bali including Ubud and Kuta Beach

Outside the hotel, Sanur presents ancient temples, cultural centres, scuba diving, world class golf, white water rafting, sunset cruises, jungle and mountain trekking, animal safaris, dolphin watching, island cruising and bungee jumping… The list is endless! Check out these few places we've hand selected for you!

Le Mayeur Museum is the former home of noted Belgian impressionist Adrian Jean Le Mayeur. Le Mayeur came to Bali in 1932 and soon immersed himself in the culture of the island, eventually marrying a noted Balinese Legong dancer. Much of the house remains as it was when Le Mayeur died in 1958. Apart from getting to view his works, you'll gain an insight into what it was like to be one of Bali's very first expats!

Quite arguably the most notable temple in Sanur, the Pura Blanjong contains an extremely important inscription on a stone pillar called the Prasati Blanjong. The inscription tells of a Javanese king who visited Bali in the 10th century and installed what was possibly Bali's first formal government. Take this chance to visit Bali's oldest known artifact and immerse yourself in Bali's rich history!

Did you know that traditional Balinese kites can go up to 10 metres in length? Be sure to check out the International Kite Festival held at Padang Galak beach every July! This event originated as a plea to the Hindu Gods for abundant crops and harvests. Now, kites are flown competitively by teams from different villages around the island.
